Account
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll get a link to choose a new password.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings › Account › Delete account. Your account, your group membership and the data on your iPhone will be deleted. Also cancel your subscription, because that runs through Apple.
I have a new iPhone
Your health data is only on your old iPhone. Create an export there via Settings › Privacy and keep it. On your new iPhone, sign in with the same account.
Subscription
How does the free trial work?
The basic app is free. You can try Premium free for three days. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, Premium continues at $9.99 per month. If you cancel, you keep the free basic version.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name and then Subscriptions. Choose Online Rehab and tap Cancel Subscription. You can also go to Settings › Group › Manage subscription in the app.
I paid, but I can't see my group
In the app, go to Settings › Group and tap "Restore purchases". Also check that you're signed in with the same account.
Can I get a refund?
App Store refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Counselor sessions
How do I book a session?
In the app, go to Today › Talk to a counselor. Choose a counselor and a free hour, and send your request. An intake session costs $79. Once it's paid, the counselor confirms the session and you'll see the video link.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your session. After that, the amount is not refunded.
Group and chat
How are groups formed?
Everyone who starts in the same week joins the same group, with up to 25 people. If a group has fewer than 10 members, we merge groups. You'll see this in the chat.
Someone isn't following the rules
Press and hold the message and choose "Report message". A moderator will review it. You can also block the person; you'll no longer see their messages.
Can I switch groups?
Email us at [support email address] with your nickname and we'll see what we can do.
The app
I'm not getting notifications
Go to the Settings app › Notifications › Online Rehab and turn on notifications. Then check which notifications are on under Settings › Reminders in the app. The daily 4 PM messages are scheduled 30 days ahead each time you open the app.
I logged a day incorrectly
Tap the calendar icon at the top right of the dashboard. Choose the day and change it to free, used or unknown.
How do I add the widget to my Home Screen?
Touch and hold an empty area of your Home Screen, tap "Edit" and then "Add Widget". Search for Online Rehab and pick a size. It works on the Lock Screen too.
Where can I find meetings?
Under SOS or Settings › Help in the app you'll find links to AA, NA and CA in the U.S., and to their online meetings.
